Terms:

Agent reward is an amount in the settlement currency that the travel agent receives after the completion of the order created by them.

KiwiTaxi commission is an amount in prepaid/postpaid currency that KiwiTaxi receives after an order was completed.

Why do we offer partners the net rate?

For most travel agents, selling transfers does not generate significant income. For them, it is more important to provide the client with a quality service, including an individual transfer instead of a group one. Therefore, they strive to make the price of a private transfer as affordable as possible.

How does it work?

Let’s take a look at our offer in more detail:

Now you have configured the gross rate: in your personal account, a full cost of a transfer is indicated, taking into account the agent’s commission. You pay for the transfer in full, after which a reward for the order is credited to your balance. The amount of these rewards is gradually accumulated.

When switching to the net rate, a cost of the transfer decreases — the amount of the agent’s remuneration is immediately deducted from it. For example, a transfer costs 1335 rubles, but while booking, you pay 1203 rubles. At the same time, the commission for the order is no longer accumulated on the balance sheet.

The size of the commission and the amount payable can be hidden/displayed using a key combination Shift + R.

Benefits of the net rate:

You do not accumulate a commission on the balance sheet, but receive it directly from tourists.
You pay for an order without a commission, the cost of the transfer is reduced.

You benefit immediately when placing an order, without waiting for payments.

How to switch to the net rate?

The travel agent chooses the rate in their personal account. Working simultaneously on two schemes is prohibited.
The travel agent switches to the net rate on a separate form in their personal account.
New KiwiTaxi partners always have the net rate by default.
If the agent switched to the net or gross rate by mistake or just changed their mind after a while, the reverse transition is carried out by the KiwiTaxi manager after the agent’s request.
The fact of switching to a new tariff is necessarily recorded in the form of an email to the travel agent.
